Eric won the tournament in Twin Falls

Eric and I went to Twin Falls for the 11 year old soccer tournament. He was invited to be a guest player and so we drove there on Saturday and then spent the night and they won on Sunday. He scored 4 goals and did a great job. They were a really fun team also. The picture of Eric playing in his white uniform is actually on another day with his own team. We stopped at Shoshone Falls before we headed home and also drove by the Twin Falls temple which is really beautiful (no picture, you just have to imagine). We had a really fun trip!!!

Surprise Visit with Grandma Walton

It was fun to stop and have a surprise visit with Grandma Walton. We knew that she wouldn't be at Smith's because it was Sunday. The last two times we have stopped she has been at Smiths. It was so much fun to visit with her and she looks so good!!! Your Dad was straightening her pictures for her and Eric had his picture taken with ??????? Any guesses who lived in the house that I have included??? The first one to answer in the comments will get a prize. I will have to think what it is, but there will be a prize!!!!

FUN TIMES!!!!!

After graduation, we hiked up to the "Y". It was a lot of fun. The first picture is taken laying down and looking over Provo and so it isn't put in upside down. I am actually the one that is upside down. I thought it was pretty cool and it actually made me think of how fun it would be to go sky-diving! Any takers!!??!!! Eric loves his t-shirt that Rachel brought him. He modeled it several times and knows that it brings him luck. We went to a park for a barbecue later on in the day and it was really nice. To entertain ourselves, we started to throw little rocks in the log that Kevin is cleaning out because we had thrown so many rocks in it. Dad was the one that ended up with the highest score of 25. Devon's boyfriend, was trying to beat him, but I don't know if he ever did. It was pretty entertaining!!??!!

Rachel's Graduation - Congratulations!!!!

Rachel done graduated!!!! (Do any of you know where that came from?) It was fun to yell for her and we were very impressed when Kevin yelled out after all of us, "I Love You", but Rachel didn't hear him! The picture of Rachel, Sherri and your Dad is him showing off his socks that Rachel & Sherri bought for him in London. After graduation, Eric went up to Elder L. Tom Perry and shook his hand just before he was getting into his car. Elder Perry asked Eric when he was going and he told him probably in about an hour and he said, "No, when are you leaving on your mission?" and Eric just smiled and I wish I would have had on film the awesome smile he had on his face when he came back over. It was priceless!

Having Fun during Spring Break!

It was really fun to be with Kevin, Rachel & Jessica during spring break. We took a little walk between General Conference sessions. Yes, Eric had to show everyone "Mom's speed walking" and that kept us entertained. We, unfortunately, didn't get it on film.

a few random pics

and good times after the race

So I think we all agree that even though the race was really hot and hilly that it was still a good time. However afterwards we were all extremely sore and tired. As we attempted to walk around we looked like old feeble people. We went to the beach after the race, and Dad and Jess noticed some lady looking at them quite strangley. We ate a lot of fruit and bagels and cream cheese after the race, and ate even more at soupplantation later... food has never tasted so good! dad got a little massage too... And Rick was a great support to all of us, He cheered for us at the finish line and drove us around LA while we stunk and groaned. Thanks for the good time everyone!

crossing the finish line... we didn't die!

before the race

Here are some pics from before the run. Jessica fell in a ditch and got mud all over her new running shoes. sad. The toilets were really disgusting, but we were grateful for them.
